• Sourcing for suitable candidates 

• Pre-interview 

• Selection and prepare resume 

• Meetup with company HR for final interview via internet 

• Company selects the candidates 

• Credence will apply the selected candidate through the MOM online 

• In- principal approval (WP in 2 days, S pass in 10 days, EP in 21 Days)

• Arrange with foreign recruitment for necessary departure formality 

• Arrange accommodation before arrival

• Airport pick up, medical check on arrival

• Send to company HR for briefing and signing of employment contract

• Follow-up the wellbeing of the candidates and HR comment 

• Recontract is subject to both company and candidate mutual agreement
