HOW ITS WORKS?
Firms can bring in new Construction WPHs directly from PRC and Thailand via Alternative Entry Pathways (AEP).
This includes vocational certifications that are recognised by BCA.
As workers’ skills have been proven to be on par with existing standards, workers with vocational certifications that are recognised by
BCA will not be required to obtain SEC(K) locally.
To qualify for AEP, your proposal must show:
Employers actively select skilled workers - firms take ownership in identifying and recruiting skilled workers
Workers have construction experience - either in their home country or on international projects
Workers hold recognized qualifications - vocational certificates from government-recognized institutes or accredited organizations
