SEC(K) refers to the Skills Evaluation Certificate (Knowledge), which is part of Singapore’s framework for assessing and certifying foreign workers in the construction sector. SEC(K) Test Structure 

• Written component: Multiple‑choice or short‑answer questions covering safety, technical knowledge, and trade theory.

• Practical component: Hands‑on demonstration of skills such as welding, carpentry, masonry, or electrical work, depending on the chosen trade.
