NTS Work Permit Recruitment Singapore
Credence Manpower Services supports Singapore employers with recruitment of eligible Non-Traditional Source (NTS) workers under the NTS Occupation List. We assist with candidate sourcing, screening and Work Permit recruitment for approved occupations across manufacturing, services, food services, accommodation, transportation and social services.
MOM currently lists NTS source countries including Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, India, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Thailand, with specific occupations permitted under the NTS Occupation List.
The Non-Traditional Sources (NTS) Occupation List allows eligible Singapore employers in the Manufacturing and Services sectors to hire Work Permit holders from approved NTS countries for selected occupations.
NTS workers are subject to specific occupation, quota, salary and employer requirements. Employers must ensure that workers perform only the occupation stated on their Work Permit
