BCA SEC(K) Skills Evaluation Certificate for Construction Workers 

Credence Manpower Services supports Singapore employers with SEC(K) recruitment and skills certification requirements for foreign construction workers from Non-Traditional Source (NTS) countries and the People's Republic of China (PRC). We assist with worker sourcing, screening, trade selection and recruitment support in line with applicable BCA and MOM requirements. 

2027 SEC(K) Changes for China & Thailand

From January 2027, mandatory pre-entry SEC(K) testing in source countries will cease for new construction Work Permit holders from China and Thailand. Employers may bring workers in for local SEC(K) testing, while BCA-recognised vocational certification under the AEP pathway may provide an alternative route.
